Through this initiative, our girl students will serve as mentors to young school-going girls, encouraging them to explore STEM education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and emerging skill areas. These young women have taken the lead by mentoring Class IX girls from PCMC schools during the Jaago STEM Awareness Workshop conducted in association with UNESCO. Their commitment and enthusiasm have helped inspire many school girls to consider STEM as a future career path. They now stand as role models and the first Kushal Saathis of SSPU, setting an example for many more students to join this mentorship movement and inspire the next generation of girls in STEM.
